UK customers: Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse in Leeds. Our prices exclude VAT. 20% will be added at checkout.
EU Customers: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. You will become the importer of the goods. A commercial invoice will be attached to the packaging. We ship ‘DAP’ (Delivered at Place), which means that the courier company will pass on any VAT/Tax and duties levied in your country.
The courier will contact you before or after delivery with an 'Import Fee' and sales tax/VAT/GST. The sales tax should be recoverable through your business accounts.
USA customers: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. Sales Tax will be added at checkout.
Canada customers: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in California. Goods will be shipped as an export and you will be liable for import and taxes.
Rest of world, including Australia: Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. You will become the importer of the goods. A commercial invoice will be attached to the packaging.
